At the Global Center for Trauma Education and Training™, we help organizations create cultures where people feel safe, seen, and supported—especially in times of disruption, change, and crisis. Our trauma-informed consulting services equip today’s leaders with the tools to recognize hidden patterns of harm, navigate uncertainty, and respond to organizational challenges with clarity, courage, and compassion.
While trauma often lives beneath the surface of workplace dynamics, moments of rapid change or internal crisis can bring it to the forefront. Retraumatization—when present experiences unconsciously trigger the emotional or physiological impact of past harm—can manifest as chronic conflict, communication breakdowns, burnout, and resistance to transformation.
We go beyond awareness. We provide the education, strategy, and hands-on support leaders need to guide their organizations through difficult transitions, build psychological safety, and cultivate cultures rooted in accountability, healing, and sustainable change from the top down.
Trauma—whether personal, collective, or intergenerational—is not just an individual experience. It shows up in the workplace every day, shaping how people lead, communicate, make decisions, and relate to one another.
Research from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs shows that over half of adults will experience at least one traumatic event in their lifetime. And in high-pressure environments—like education, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate sectors—trauma is often compounded by chronic stress, systemic inequity, and vicarious exposure to others’ pain.
The result?
Team conflict and breakdowns in trust
Increased burnout, absenteeism, and turnover
Low morale and psychological safety
Disengagement from clients, customers, students, or patients
Resistance to change and internal pushback
Financial loss and reputational risk
Trauma doesn’t stay at the door. It lives in our teams, systems, and leadership cultures—often unspoken but deeply felt.
But when organizations choose to name it, address it, and lead through it with care, powerful transformation becomes possible.
At the Global Center for Trauma Education and Training™, we support forward-thinking leaders in creating trauma-informed organizations that are not only safer—but more resilient, responsive, and relational.
We equip teams with the tools to uncover and address the unseen impact of trauma in organizational life—from leadership dynamics to team communication to systemic harm. Through consulting, coaching, and tailored programming, we help organizations navigate change, rebuild trust, and cultivate cultures rooted in psychological safety and human dignity.
When leaders are trauma-informed, the impact ripples outward:
Healthier succession and onboarding practices
Stronger employee morale and retention
Improved client, customer, and student outcomes
A more equitable and emotionally intelligent organizational culture
This is the work of leading with both courage and care—and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
Trauma lives in systems, not just individuals.
Whether you’re leading a small team, a global movement, or an entire institution—if you’re responsible for people, you’re also responsible for the culture they move through. And no industry is exempt.
At the Global Center for Trauma Education and Training™, we partner with leaders who are ready to examine what’s beneath the surface and lead with greater awareness, accountability, and care.
Our consulting, education, and facilitation services are designed for those shaping the future of their organizations—and the lives within them.
WE SERVE:
At the Global Center for Trauma Education and Training™, we offer a rare and essential combination: deep trauma expertise, real-world business leadership, and the tools to create lasting cultural change. While others may offer trauma training or leadership coaching, our work lives at the intersection of psychological insight, organizational effectiveness, and systems transformation. We don’t stop at raising awareness—we walk alongside leaders through moments of crisis, conflict, and cultural disruption, equipping them to respond with clarity, care, and courage.
Our approach is grounded in the science of trauma, healing, and human development across the lifespan, paired with a deep understanding of how organizations function on the ground. We don’t just understand trauma; we understand teams, operations, and outcomes. Our perspective is shaped by both lived experience and professional expertise, allowing us to model what healing-centered leadership looks like in practice. Every engagement integrates ICF-accredited coaching, psychological safety frameworks, and trauma-responsive facilitation to support sustainable, human-centered change.
Our work is grounded in the belief that organizations—like people—carry stories, patterns, and histories. Unresolved trauma, unacknowledged harm, or high-pressure change can destabilize even the most mission-driven teams. By addressing trauma at the cultural level, we help organizations move beyond cycles of burnout, fear, and fragmentation toward cultures rooted in safety, trust, and repair. Whether you’re navigating a leadership crisis, scaling through rapid growth, rebuilding after conflict, or reimagining the future of your organization, we bring the insight, structure, and strategy you need to lead through complexity with confidence.
We know people. We know systems. And we help you lead both with wisdom, integrity, and intention. And this is our advantage.
Welcome to the Global Center for Trauma Education and Training™—a consulting and education practice grounded in the belief that trauma-informed leadership is not optional. It’s essential.
I founded this work for leaders who are ready to move beyond performative wellness and toward real cultural transformation. Leaders who understand that systems can heal, just like people—but only when we do the work to see what’s underneath.
As someone who has personally experienced trauma and spent over a decade in high-level corporate leadership navigating acquisitions, buyouts, and layoffs, I know firsthand how workplaces can either deepen harm or become spaces of restoration. I’ve seen the emotional and financial cost of unaddressed trauma and rapid change—and I’ve also seen what becomes possible when leaders choose to respond differently.
My approach is informed by:
I create high-impact programming and consulting engagements that blend psychological insight, business acumen, and lived wisdom—equipping organizations to not only mitigate retraumatization, but to actively create cultures of repair, resilience, and relational trust.
Whether you’re navigating internal crisis, organizational change, or cultural transition, I help leaders respond with clarity, integrity, and compassion. This work isn’t just about healing the past—it’s about preparing your organization to lead into the future.
I’m committed to helping workplaces become more than just functional—they can be healing, regenerative, and deeply human while remaining profitable.
